1. agrees to the following terms of the Rent to Own Boz Control Package from Boz Saddlery.
___Initial2. You are receiving a new Boz Control Package with the retail value of: $600
.00 (see description of items below) ___Initial3. A deposit of $200.00 required upon signature of agreement.
You must maintain the control package and keep in good condition while in your possession.
___Initial4. Boz Saddlery is selling this control package in good faith that will make their payments on time and the control package will be paid before or within 6 months from purchase date of:
___Initial 6 equal payments of shall be made on the 1st of each month for 6 months or unless control package is returned before the 6 month period.5. If at any time the saddle is damaged in any way, it is the responsibility of to repair it at their cost by Boz Saddlery (ONLY).
___Initial6. At no time will have anyone adjust, repair, change anything on the saddle. If this happens, you will return it to Boz Saddlery and pay for the repairs.
___Initial7. This agreement for the purchase and use of the control package can be terminated by at any time and forfeit his/her down payment and monthly payments made up until time of returning said control package. No money will be refunded to: and the control package will be returned to Boz Saddlery at cost.
___Initial8. No interest will be charged and can be paid in full at any time.
___Initial9. will hold harmless Boz Saddlery/Bozzage Training and anyone affiliated with John or Ann Bozanich.
___Initial10. If said control package is lost or stolen, it is sole responsibility to reimburse Boz Saddlery for Balance Due
___Initial11. will receive a referral fee of $50.00for any control package and optional equipment she sells until further notice. This amount will be credited towards balance due on their control package
___Initial12. $200.00 will be due upon order of control package, payments will begin at the 1st of each month control package.
